Her career has spanned a variety of industries and roles, building a strong foundation in high-volume coordination, data accuracy, administrative support, and process follow-through that translates perfectly to M&A integration.
- She brings a talent for stepping into complex, fast-moving environments and creating structure and consistency where there are many moving pieces. Her area of expertise is process and information management. She is also developing skills in AI automation, CRM systems, and workflow automation.
- Joana holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rizal Technological University in the Philippines.
- Outside of work, Joana enjoys strength training, hiking, listening to podcasts, watching Korean dramas, and exploring new tools and personal projects in AI and automation. At home, she is the proud owner of a pet snail.
