She believes the best connections happen when you take the time to listen, understand what someone is looking for, and build trust along the way.

One of her greatest strengths is building genuine relationships with candidates and helping them see not only the opportunity in front of them, but how it fits into their long-term career goals.
- Gabriella holds a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
- Outside of work, Gabriella loves exploring new cities, learning about different cultures, and trying new cuisines. She also runs a half marathon every year and has her sights set on a full marathon someday. At home, she is kept on her toes by Tobi, her 4-year-old dog who loves going on long walks and has strong opinions about the mailman.
